Thank you for reading, Kaitlyn! It is quite interesting the timing of how it showed up. I had also just started an astro themed tattoo before leaving Thailand (before knowing I was about to study it full time). The synchronicities were showing up right on time!
It brings joy to know your curiosity increases. I would imagine it to be similar to IFS work, although I don't know enough about IFS to really be sure. I'm actually curious about the connections now that I think of it.
To me, it makes sense that astrology helped your sobriety. Because it made you look within and find what needed to be healed. Then heal it. This is how becoming ourself works. Whatever path works, use it.
