Great tips. I have another tip- plan something for the next morning when you’re not hungover. Have something to look forward to in the morning - it’s such a lovely feeling getting up and enjoying a summer’s morning clear- headed. X

I love this! One of my favourite tips—and one that helped me when I was starting to get social again after getting sober was to find a replacement for your drink. Find the one delicious drink that makes you feel excited so you have something fun (and non-alcoholic) in your hands.

Yes!! I love this. I went somewhere recently and they were like “sorry, we don’t do mocktails here.” I said, I’ll take a glass of lemonade and a sparkling water and I mixed them together and made my own 😀

Oh my gosh!!!! What a shame they don’t do mocktails. I love your spirit though in making your own!

I was recently in Japan, and they actually had a mocktail only bar in one of the cities I went to!! A great concept if you ask me.

1. Gratitude first thing in the beautiful brand new day.

2. Meditation

3. Exercise—outside

4. Connect/check in with 3 other sober warriors each day—no matter what.

5. Say thank you a lot.

6. Laugh a lot

7. Don’t pick up.
