Welcome to Sober App Substack!
Welcome! We created this space as an extension of Sober App—a free, downloadable app to help you discover freedom through sober living.
On the app and here on Substack, you’re invited to be part of an engaged and growing community—one in which everyone shares a common goal of staying sober, one day at a time.
Who are we?
Sober App is renowned as the first addiction recovery app. It was created by a licensed therapist with 24 years of experience and maintaining 36 years of sobriety.
Beyond just tracking sober days, Sober App is a comprehensive toolkit to help you build new habits, stay motivated, and connect with a supportive community.
Sober App Substack offers a platform for app users and others to connect, learn, and feel seen and supported. If you’re on a sobriety journey (or even thinking about starting one) this space is for you.
In today’s world, billions of dollars are poured into pulling people into addiction. We’re taking a stand for the opposite—providing resources, cultivating awareness, smashing stigma, and helping folks discover freedom from addiction in a life of sobriety.
